    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop wasting money on a high turnover and recruiting and teach your employees (new and old) how to act like adults. Its a shame to see such a highly esteemed establishment go down the drain. Get with the times! It's 2012 and you pay little to no attention to the ethical treatment of your staff. A lot of claiming to "foster inclusiveness" is a blatant lie.
