Pros

Feeling proud of the company you work for. Learning the business better here than you could at other department stores. Everyone really has a sense of pride about the company, and it shows in the way they interact with others.

Cons

A lot about your job has to do with politics, especially when dealing with senior management and people of power. Also, working with so many women has its downsides. People who work hard and efficiently don't always get rewarded in the way they should.

Advice to Senior Management

Show a little more respect towards your employees, and promote the right people. Promote people who work the hardest and the best. A little "please" and "thank you" goes a long way.
