    Pros

It's a large company that offers benefits.

    Cons

Commission structure is such that you very rarely make a commission.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Upgrade your tower, get a new, stronger signal so that the station could be heard across the entire market. Promote the station so people are aware and listen.

    Pros

Benefits. Located near a metro station.

    Cons

Management does not llike to promote the station to increase listeners.
Programming is dated and boring. Station has a hard time attracting new listeners and advertisers. Therefore, it is difficult to sale radio ads and make commission. It is a constant turnover of sales representatives.
    No women in management roles.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Promote the station. Get rid of old tired, racist, extreme right wing programming.
