I worked at Salesforce full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Terrific products to sell. Good overall vision for future growth. Exciting industry and leaders.

    Cons

A bit too much koolaid sometimes. Inspiring leaders do not translate to local regional manager level (very much like Oracle).

    Advice to Management

Keep the vision strong. Maybe better frontline manager training programmes.

    Advice to Management

Advice to Salesforce Senior Management : get rid of dimdim managers as soon as possible - they are hardcore politicians Advice to Marc Benioff - What is the use of you starting 1-1-1 when you cant protect your own employees from their managers - Good deeds begin at home they say - clean the hyderabad office of the sick managers first, then carry on with your social stuff.
