“Extraordinary place for engineers”
Current Employee – been working at Salesforce.com full-time
Pros – The engineers at Salesforce have a lot of opportunities to learn about new technologies and take training to beef up their skill set. There are so many different teams in R&D that you should have no trouble finding a team that is working on a product that excites you. Almost all the managers I've gotten to know have been great and eager to help with your career development.
Cons – Salesforce is not a start-up anymore, so there are a lot of processes and red-tape to go through to get things done.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
