Salesforce.com – “Generally good but more employee morale improvements”

Pros

Company is the next wave of software technology - Platform as a Service.
Peers and teams are staff with quality people.
Passive commute (i.e. minimal/no driving) to work is great.
Annual Christmas Party is the best.

Cons

Advancement really depends on political postering and dealing with that takes away from the fun of the actual work.
Teams are often overloaded with work.

Advice to Senior Management

While the President's Committee puts out a good message, the middle management layer needs to get better at balancing the employee development and workload. Not all the messaging feels like it's being passed downward.
