This place is definitely a meat grinder. Constant micro management, if you object to micro managment, you will be singled out, humiliated, insulted, demeaned by management. If you cant handle the abuse from management and many times peers, you will be put on a coaching or performance plan which will consist of hoops which will allow management to further destroy your morale and emotional wellbeing. At the end, they will after having destroyed you, simply say "go talk to hr, the show is over".

This is after no training or support, peers are too busy to assist you in being effective in your job. "Sink or Swim" "Being thrown to the wolves" "Being thrown under the bus" are constantly used expressions by personnel to describe the continual workplace issues that occur here. This is neither a healthy work enviornment nor a safe one.
