- Keep staying focused on being the "Best Places to Work" list. Continue to increase transparency as company size grows. Spell out the actions that are being taken to let the employees know that their satisfaction and their feedback is being taken into consideration.

    Pros

    Great culture, huge focus on employee and customer success. Forward thinking market leader. Huge growth in previous years has created incredible opportunities. Amazing company events.

    Cons

    Many positions are remote - as with all companies, this can isolate some roles. Rapid growth forces organizational changes - expect them on a regular basis.
