Beautiful downtown location, great pay, free snacks, free gym membership upto a $100 per month.
Cons
Political atmosphere, individual superstars are rewarded more than team players, company too focused on what the CEO thinks and is not as innovative as it should, systems and processes are slow and ineffective.
Advice to Senior Management
As the company grows in size and revenues, it should improve processes and learn to reward team work. Also, the focus on innovation and warding off future competition should be highest priority right now. By competition, i don't mean Oracle and MIcrosoft, but the smaller agile Saas startups. Overall a good company, but needs a different kind of leadership if it is to succeed in the coming 10 years.
