I worked at Salesforce.com full-time for less than a year

Pros

Good benefits, work life balance.

Cons

Week engineering team, not the real dream job you expect.
Seems like too many engineers trying to solve the same problem from different angles.

I worked at Salesforce.com full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Leader in space, great experience to take elsewhere, some great hard working people, great location, happening city, lots of opportunity to move elsewhere in company if you do not like what you are doing

    Cons

Terrible culture, finance team had long exhausting hours, the work was not rewarding, people not rewarded, long timers earning tons but new comers do not feel valued after a short period of time, no mentoring etc. There is a lot of talk about work-life balance but finance did not live up to the "chatter"

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat your new employees better, create more mentoring relationships, grow your employees don't just churn them, train your managers especially the old schools ones...
