You can build your career at the global leader in software as a service. We have over 40,000 global customers, 1,000,000 subscribers, and huge growth momentum. We were recognized by Forbes magazine in January 2008 as the 2nd-fastest-growing tech company. It's much closer to my home in the city compared to my last job in Mountain View.

Cons

The culture is very political. I spend the majority of my time on politics instead of my work. Most promotions are based on political savvy instead of your contribution to the company. My manager constantly uses fear and intimidation to motivate me. My boss' behavior is rubbing off on me and I find myself bullying others at the office.
