Pros

opportunity to make money if the effort is put forth

Cons

Select regulation and high compensation leads to compliance violations that are not readily addressed. If management treated everyone fairly, more effort would be displayed by employees.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

The leadership is scattered in many directions. There are too many moving parts making it difficult for management to understand what is the profit diriver for the company.

    Pros

    Solid base pay and benefits

    Cons

Once things started going badly in the student loan industry, the best of the management team left or was fired. The remaining leadership did very little to foster teamwork between selling teams or salvage morale as sales were lost.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

look at your management team and get rid of the good ole boys and girls

    Pros

Good professional work environment, onsite gym and cafeteria. very supportive of education as long as it does not interfer with work. Lots of employer sponsored moral type events. They do hire seasonal employees so its a good job for a college student. Pay was decent as seasonal. $10 hr.

    Cons

Its a call center so it can be unpredictable work hours. Shift bids based on attendance and performace which can be downside if you are a newbie. Most people are locked to set hours for 6 month periods of time until next shift bid which is done based on attendance, performance and ranking with peers.
