Pros

Training is intensive and well organization. Sharing of knowledge within the organization is great. Pay is rather good compared to this area.

Cons

Too much emphasis on time management. One unplanned day off puts you in jeopardy of losing your job. Breaks are too closely monitored.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Realize that everyone doeen't fit into a particular mode. Would like to see a little more interaction between upper management and new employees.

    Pros

Good reputation company. Good pay and benefits. Nice work environment. Company has a fitness center in the building!

    Cons

If you want promotion, you need to tell your boss otherwise your boss won't promote you automatically.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The upper mgmt ppl need to pay more attention on the non-mgmt level staffs too. They all work hard. Without their support, the mgmt level ppl won't be success. They (non director level staffs) should be recognized more.

    Pros

Slow work pace - tenure based promotions - overtime opportunities are often available - basic qualifications - competitive benefits -

    Cons

Limited and capped career potential - scattered leadership styles - Favoritism - the company is currently facing lots of uncertainty given the legislative changes.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

This is the time to move forward with essential changes required to thrive in a new environment but it must be done in tangent and united as a company.
