I have been working at SalonCentric part-time (more than an year)

Pros

Discount but still not much brands and options to choose from.

Cons

Everything from the weak pay. To the terrible hours. No training they pretty much train you as you work with them. Terrible costumer bad bad management. Horrible

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Some one needs to revamp the whole brand . And hire a whole new staff ASAP.

    The only pro is a discount

    Cons

    Management and upper management are horrible!!! You can't trust your District Managers or HR without info being disclosed. Low pay for PT and minimal hours.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Advice to management is get a grip and be professional! You're owned by loreal so get it together please so your employes can actually want to help your poor sales!

    I have been working at SalonCentric full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    I enjoy the product discount and worklife balance. I also really enjoy the salons I work with. My coworkers are very friendly and helpful.

    Cons

    Seems to be a huge power struggle right now with different sells channels. Unfortunately the customer is caught in the middle. Being a 100% commission sales person this is a lose lose situation.

    Build a stronger culture of collaboration or you will continue to see good people leave!!!
