ProsSenior employment is encouraged, as well as pursuing a higher education. This makes an older worker feel valued after initial retirement.

ConsLow wages. Sometimes you work more hours than you are being reimbursed for, or you might be asked to do something you are not qualified to do. This would be something a nurse's aide or a nurse is trained to do.
