    I worked at Salvation Army

    Pros

You were able to help those in need, benefits were good for those who could use them. Not alot of pros

    Cons

Employees hired without approval and pay held back for several weeks until approval obtained. Staff over worked, If you were not a member of church you were treated differently. Staff that were members of church did not have to follow direction from their superiors that were not members of church. Staff personal issues discussed by management with other employees. Salaried employees unable to take time off when needed without extensive notice

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have life skills training for you management team. Read your bible completely not just choose scriptures that fit your orginazation
