it was voluntary work that gave me something to do while I was unemployed and it help give me experience

Cons

the downside to me was that there was no permanent position I would love to continue my employment there

    Great people in the field, helping the poor.

    Cons

    If you are not an officer, you are a second class citizen. Intense pressure from headquarters to make aid conditional on participation in the church, despite what they claim.

    your will have a great chance to climb the ladder if you are pro-active and can think on your own.

    there is not a lot of "hand holding" support, you will only succeed if you can think get things done without needing a lot of assistance or guidance.
