Pros

The feeling of giving back or reaching out and helping someone can truly be provided by working for the Salvation Army.

Cons

You won't get rich monetarily working for them. the reward is much greater.

    I worked at Salvation Army full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    Helping those who are less forchunate.

    Cons

    Hours were cut, management had NO PEOPLE SKILLS, rude and negative to clients and volunteers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Screen Corp managers and ones who are not community orientated, get rid of.

    Your work helps the Salvation Army help those in need and in many diverse communities.

    Cons

    The benefits are substandard and the employees are undervalued and under appreciated.

    Increase salaries for those who work very hard to keep The Salvation Army functioning.
