Pros

Great atmosphere. Hardworking, honest employees. Sincere Christian organization that cares about people and ministry. Family friendly atmosphere where employees and staff pray for each other and their families.

Cons

They are very efficient with the donations making the pay scale a bit challenging.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't get discouraged. Keep up "Doing the Most Good."

    Focus more on helping other develope life-skill that will allow them to transition back into the community with a healthy work ethic and not become so consumed with the work that we miss the mark in terms of individual growth and development, although production is important in order to maintian an effective mission.
