Pros

Payed well, I worked in a very busy club so there was lots to do. Yearly bonus/profit sharing.

Cons

Very understaffed. Home Office changes procedures every other week. Lots of information comes down from top.

Advice to Management

Teach and train better

    Pros

Good benefits, friendly employees, wide variety of jobs. Get good deals on products. They get involved with community fund rasiers and really help the commuities they are in.

    Cons

The managers are not trainied enough, they tend to personalise things too much. You are overworked and ingored when breaks are needed.

    Advice to Management

Get involved with employees getting their due !

Okay place to work, but don't make a career out of it.

    Pros

Great people to work with. Management really listens to you and tries to help you. Flexible scheduling and good hours. Pay above minimum wage.

    Cons

They are always moving items, so when members ask you where something is you lead them in the wrong direction. There is too much stress on renewals, plus upgrades, and credit. There is no such thing as a cashier anymore it seems. We are all pretty much sales associates.
