    Pros

They offer good benefits and are very stable in an unstable economy. Perfect place to work if you do not rely on it as your main income.

    Cons

Electronic scheduling has the facilities poorly staffed and does not allow flexibility for employes.

    Advice to Management

Electronic scheduling is all well and good as a starting point - but give each facility the ability to schedule manually. If someone has a wedding, it will not hurt anything to let them start an extra hour early and leave an hour before the pre-programmed uneditable shifts are over.
