I have been working at Sam's Club full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Flexible work environment
Coworkers
reliable pay schedule
barely ok benefits (at least you get some) (eventually)

Cons

Members
Almost Sales based without commission
Managers are Lazy they give orders and dont offer help
schedule

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire managers who used to work as associates...they know what it takes to get the job done and can set more realistic expectations

    I worked at Sam's Club part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    I met some pretty amazing people.

    Cons

    Management treats you like a child that needs special care, a lot of the customers were rude, and it felt like high school because of all the nonsensical drama.
