    Pros

Increased ability to affect your immediate area of responsibility
    Good relationships with upper management
    Easy to progress

    Cons

Too many bosses with huge lack of communication between each other
    Terrible work life balance
Upper management is out of touch with how things work in stores

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work in the stores rather than just walking around them, see how the processes are completed, see how customer trends are changing.

I worked at Sam's Club part-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Better hours than a grocery store
    Higher pay than average
Opportunity for advancement if work hard and that's what you want.

    Cons

The Higher up are out of touch with what really happening at store level.
Some mangers that don't care about their employees.
Favoritism by mangers based on skin color and HR Regional mangers that does nothing about all the complaints.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

HQ needs to get rid of mangers that play favorites based on color of skin when multiple complaints have been made and not on the quality of work or talent of those who are in their department.

    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
