    Pros

Better hours than a grocery store
    Higher pay than average
Opportunity for advancement if work hard and that's what you want.

    Cons

The Higher up are out of touch with what really happening at store level.
Some mangers that don't care about their employees.
Favoritism by mangers based on skin color and HR Regional mangers that does nothing about all the complaints.

    Advice to Management

HQ needs to get rid of mangers that play favorites based on color of skin when multiple complaints have been made and not on the quality of work or talent of those who are in their department.

    Pros

    1) They pay above minimum wage to start.
    2) Profit sharing
    3) Co. Workers are easy to get along with
    4) Contests were a constant theme to help sales.

    Cons

    1) I had to wait a year to get benefits and not all benefits were available then.
    2) Part time workers routinely get 4hour shifts.
    3) Half of the C.O.S staff was very young and immature.

    Advice to Management

    1) Make sure that part-time worker get at least 6 hours on a shift. ( I'd rather have three 6 hour shifts then five 4 hour shifts. I have to feed my family so I might want a second job.
    2) Make sure supervisors are mature and won't take their drama with their parent(s) out on older staff.
    3) Offer at least basic benefits after 6 months. You are up a creek without a paddle if you get sick at the 11 month mark.
