I have been working at Sam's Club part-time (less than an year)

Pros

Sams is a great company to work for. Everyone I work with is easy to get along and the management is good but that all depends on the club.

Cons

Not something I would make permanent though. Management is always stressed over everything and they have to work 10 hour days.

I have been working at Sam's Club part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Pay is ok and the co workers are mostly decent.

    Cons

Many managers micro manage and have no clue how to appropriately speak to associate.
They speak to associates in very a condescending fashion

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest in an interpersonal communication class. Learn how to speak with people
Not at them. Remember, we don't work for you, we work for our members.
