    Pros

The pay is decent and the schedules are flexible. You also get to meet people from different backgrounds. There are many advancement opportunities.

    Cons

Poor management. The managers will create excuses to get an employee fired and the tend to promote those who they favor.

  2. Not that bad of a job but lost of hard work

    Pros

Decent Pay You will receive all the necessary training to become a certified tech. Good hours

    Cons

Hard work Not the most motivated Co workers Customers will give you a hard time no matter what most of the time

    Advice to Management

Be more selective in the individuals you hire. When someone doesn't know what a torque wrench is, it is not worth hiring them to work on cars.
