I have been working at Sam's Club full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

I worked at two different locations, sam's club Pinellas park FL, which was a great place to work and the people were great to work with. Management was always eager to help with advancement. I also worked at the once in Uitca MI, which was a completely different atmosphere and not as great of a place to work at.

    Cons

    To much gossip and drama

I have been working at Sam's Club part-time for less than a year

    Pros

-Plenty of chances to move around within the club.
    -Good pay
    -Hard work gets noticed
    -Good environment to work in
-Plenty of break and lunch time
    -The café isn't bad

    Cons

-Being a cashier sucks, because the MSS's never get off your back. (Even after hitting your daily goal of 2 or 3)
    -They are not very flexible
-If your schedule sais you get off at 8:30 you are there till around10.
-Floor associate will often get put on a register when we get to busy.
-If you close you are not aloud to leave until every department is ready to leave.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire more cashiers so the floor associates don't have to waste time up front.
