Pros

Great co workers and managers. The pay is better than most retail. Managers are will to work with you on scheduling. Lots of room to move around the store if your not happy we're your at.

Cons

Heavy lifting,odd hours, and sales

Advice to Management

Pay more attention to the cashiers needs and be around when they actually need you

    Pros

    Meet lots of great people

    Cons

Schedules always change, so under staffed daily, we never have the ability to provide good customer service, because we are told, no more payroll, and never OT

    Advice to Management

Put people onto managent that are experienced in specific area, someone shoild not go from part time cashier to assistant meat manager, with no meat experience what so ever

  2. Not the best place to work for, but definitely not the worst.

    Pros

Decent pay, flexible with hours once your hired. You get a bonus once a year that is not bad if you're with the company the full year.

    Cons

Constant pressure to do more work than what could be done. Understaffed. Pressure to sell the plus membership or get into trouble.

    Advice to Management

If possible try to schedule more workers so that 1-2 people don't have the burden of the entire store on their shoulders.
