    Pros

Decent pay, flexible with hours once your hired. You get a bonus once a year that is not bad if you're with the company the full year.

    Cons

Constant pressure to do more work than what could be done. Understaffed. Pressure to sell the plus membership or get into trouble.

    Advice to Management

If possible try to schedule more workers so that 1-2 people don't have the burden of the entire store on their shoulders.

  2. Good job for a college student.

I have been working at Sam's Club part-time

    Pros

Very flexible with you school schedule and good hours because they close at 8:30pm Monday-Saturday and 6:00pm on Sundays.

    Cons

Some of the customers can be rude, and you have to transfer everything over to another buggy or flatbed when checking out customers, even really heavy stuff which can hurt your back.
