    Pros

    Cons

part time hours vary from 8 to 28 per week, no benefits until after a year, very little pay compared to the money each location makes, not what you know its who you know

    Advice to Management

pay more and the turnover rate wont be so high, give opportunities for advancement to all interested...look at all of the openings!
