    Pros

The people that work there are cool and very fun. Management is either a hit or miss.

    Cons

Zero room for growth. If you plan on getting a job here to move up, don't count on it.

    Advice to Management

    Practice what you preach.

    Pros

    Flexible hours and decent pay

    Cons

Management had favorites among supervisors & cashiers. Let them have better benefits and the first word on everything. Was pushed to the limit to sell credits and plus memberships since the club was doing terrible. No chance to move up in the company unless you were a management favorite.
