“Its business as usual with laid back work”
Current Employee – been working at Samaritan Village
Pros – Easy, relaxing job and lots of personal and sick leaves along with 3 weeks vacation for the starter.
Cons – Not much of a growth opportunity
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to your staff.
