I have been working at Samsung Group

Pros – 1) World class organization
2) Always Innovative
3) Take care of Employees by always striving to be Great work place
4) Good Salary

Cons – Nearly in all its subsidiaries around the world you will find koreans in top management which drive the company directions.

Advice to Senior Management – Samsung in Korea always work on Great work place(GWP) but its subsidiary in other parts of the world are not up to mark in terms of GWP. Please look into this and provide the required resources and directions.
