    Pros

Large and profitable, financially sound $300 billion company. Good products and technical expertise.

    Cons

The Group (Mother Group) mandates all affiliates to certain things but it does not encourage collaboration across the 35 affiliates. Each works as a siloh failing to leverage everything from economies of scales, to best practices, to talent. It is truly a tragedy because they could become a force to be recon with if they only realized that the most value asset of any organization in this global economy is their talent.

    Advice to Management

Live by the 33 principles you say you do. Walk the talk.
