Great Company, Work on New technology

ProsSamsung is enjoying good time now, Works on wide variety of fields and technologies. Good place to learn. Feel proud with loads of the products you worked on in everybody had or at home.
Good campus(Suwon), Good Facilities(Suwon)

ConsToo strong top down hierarchy. Bad Work life balance.
Less empowerment and responsibilities at lower level compared to other companies.
Lots of security gives the feeling of not trusting employees.

Advice to Senior ManagementGive more empowerment and responsibilities to employees , Trust employees
