Current Employee - Summer Intern in San Jose, CA

    Pros

People are very good at what they are doing and also very friendly. There were some fun activities during the summer for interns.

    Cons

Things tend to move a bit slowly; There are too many meetings sometimes; The company is not very generous in terms of pay and benefits for interns.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There are a lot of layers of management, especially with the headquarter in Korea. That tend to slow things down.

    Pros

    Good salary and benefits.
Smart people and good work/life balance

    Cons

Terrible on developing a marketing strategy and objectives. After being hired I found out there was very limited budget and ability to drive any effective programs.
No leadership and goals. Spent all my time developing recommendations and ideas that were never implemented.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have a plan in place before you hire employees and before you decide to engage in a very competitive space like services and applications.
