Good benefits and comprable pay to the industry in general.

Cons

Hard work and effort aren't rewarded. What is rewarded is who you know and how well you get along with the managers. You can be out of a job before you know it, without any sound reasoning. you can be removed to make room for someone else if the manager wants to keep them instead of you. I've seen it done several times. Don't ever feel secure working for this company!

Advice to Senior Management

Realise that your perception of how well the floor runs isn't always true. You have good people who contribute grestly to your goals while you give credit to others....
