Great Job!!!

ProsLoved working for a private non-profit company while I got to persue my dreams.

ConsOne of the only con's to the job was that Oklahoma can get so hot in the summer months.

    Not what it appears on paper. Lack of direction and leadership. Morale is going down hill quickly.

    Pros: The employees, access to a company plane, computer and other… Cons: Management is from a 'good-ole-boy' system and tends to use the vast financial, employee and land resources for their own benefit.
