Current Employee – been working at San Diego County Credit Union
Pros – Many opportunities if you work hard and have a good attitude. Strong leadership and industry reputation. Great chance to learn about credit unions and finance if you want. Advancement opportunities. Seem to really care about employees, and benefits, and we get bonuses. Family friendly, diverse. Always seem willing to accommodate disabilities and other needs. Employees are usually really friendly and helpful to each other.
Cons – Some long time employees complain about little things and don't seem to appreciate what we have. Really no other cons I can think of.
