Pros

San Jose State is socially and academically a great place to work at, and you will gain a lot of friends and mentors that benefit you.

Cons

The campus is too overly impacted, so campus needs to expand in order for more room for growth within the campus.

Advice to Management

Leadership in San Jose State is great, but the campus needs to expand in the near future because of the amount of students.

    Pros

Flexible Schedule, Open-minded friendly coworkers, Happy people, Low stress environment

    Cons

No advancement, no challenges, no responsibility growth and corresponding career and compensation growth

    Advice to Management

Take risks, innovate, ask more of employees, consolidate employees, increase wages, thin the remaining, increase wages, thin the remaining, end up giving pay of two previous to one remaining, thereby doubling existing income of all, -replace those not contributing/bad influence.
