“Good pay...Bad part of town”
Current Employee – been working at San Manuel Indian Casino
Pros – Christmas bonuses are generous and increase with years of service.
Milestone bonuses every 5 years of service ($250, $500, $750, $1000, $?).
Management benefits are very generous.
Potentially lucrative tipping positions available.
Cons – The casino is very nice, but the location isn't so much.
Smoke can be dense at times and may be burdensome to allergy sufferers.
Advice to Senior Management – Develop the surrounding area beginning from the freeway off ramp.
Ban smoking.
Offer better benefits to part-time employees seeking full-time status.
