Great people - some of the most talented, smart and creative employees I have ever met, helpful, collaborative and friendly.
Superb technology and products - look at the IP portfolio - what else is there to say? SanDisk is the leader in flash memory, second to none.
Good compensations and benefits - the on site cafeteria and gym are superb, the activity committee has it all - from sports to cultural events tickets' discounts, volunteer and community service opportunities, and the best of all - the annual international festival that promotes and celebrates diversity with food and cultural performances from around the world reflecting SanDisk's global presence and world wide employees.

Cons

Unfortunately, the recent economy forces a few rounds of layoffs, which cause low morale.
Career growth opportunities are limited now because of the same reason.
