Ability for managers to do innovative things but the downside is that they can be cut just to make budget numbers even though they may be in the best long term interest of the companiy. Promotions can come very fast if you are in the right business units.

Cons

Volatility of Flash memory market and management's ability to understand it. The split of operations between Israel and the United States can cause problems in making decisions. If you are in a job that requires frequent travel to Israel and are not a director and above the 24 hour one way trips can be tiring.

Be more long term focused and be more ithoughtful when cometemplatin layoffs and budget cuts.
