Pros

Very Dynamic environment.
Very strong leadership
Clear vision and clear set of targets
Enthusieastic teams
Lot to learn from peers

Cons

Some of the decisions not very clear and obvious - So Some of the critical decisions made by managemnt are opeque.
(only In my group) Some confusion w.r.t. Weekly Satus updates
Some peple work more than 8 hours (its a con only if you tend to do so - But the management never works late. So its your choice)

    No opinion of CEO
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

A growing company with the hot product in the market - flash memory products
Some nice employee perks such as the International Festival
Promotes policy that respects employees of different culture and back grounds

    Cons

Like all large tech corporations, there are many layers in the management structure, so it is very difficult to get promoted.
A lot of company politics. Managers and executive only hire people in his or her own circle, thus a lot of in fighting will be ensured when the resources are limited
Shifting R&D and many engineering functions to Asia, that means eventually many positions in the U.S will be eliminated

    Advice to Management

Spend more on R&D, less on hiring more executive and managers. Top heavy organization will not be successful in the longer run.
