Pros

Good training program
Good work hours
Ability to work from home
Good Product
Highly regarded in the industry
Benefits could better-Not penalized for taking sick or vacation time.
Took away sick and vacation and went to PTO time.

Cons

Tight restraints-Little room for error
Very Low pay-high turn over
High expectations
Low pay for the amount of time you put in training in the CCC
Show little to no value in Customers
The Lott family should do "Undercover Boss" to see what their customers "really do expect " and how they treat people in the CCC.
CCC folks take customer abuse and not able to do anything about the abusive phone calls.

Advice to Management

Pay your CCC staff what they are worth and you won't have the high turn over-You have an investment in this staff...Treat them like they are the value they are of the company. CCC is your bread and butter..they are what makes you money. You pay them poverty wages, 28k yr...pay them what they are worth and that you value them as people not just someone answering phones.

Do undercover boss and sit on the phones with staff and really see how it works ..what the expectations are and what happens when they don't hit the 98. 5 perfection..and can't pay their rent of feed their kids. You bought a beautiful building more warehouses-cafe in new building. Who can afford to eat at the cafe with the wages..and 30 min lunch hour. Show more value in your CCC group, Lott family have a back bone and find out what really goes on in the CCC and pay your employees...we want to be able to eat and pay rent...let alone do something fun in life.

    Pros

Easy work. Training. Banker hours. Great clients. Good products to sell. Industry leader.

    Cons

Low pay. no room for advancement. Most of the jobs are in the customer call center. Not a real Account Executive position-the title is misleading.

    Advice to Management

Consolidate your customer call center and turn all positions into real Account Executive positions and offer more realistic salaries that are comparable to other Account Executive positions in other industries.

    Advice to Management

Taking note of what is written on here is good, but stop obsessing about it and spend that time making positive changes in IT. Bring in some truly experienced IT professionals to right the ship. There is a lot of potential in IT, just need the right leaders that are capable of tapping into it.
