AE 2+ years

Account Executive (Current Employee) Issaquah, WA

ProsWork at home after 9 months training, casual dress, no weekends, owners care about employees

ConsLow pay, unrealistic expectations re: performance and accuracy, DOS infrastructure outdated and difficult to use, no real dialog between team members or employees and supervisors. Training is too overwhelming - need more hands on.

Advice to Senior ManagementMarty, pay attention to what your CCC Manager is doing. It may be time for a change. Morale is low and that is why your have high turn over. This job is stressful and you don't pay enough. The current pay scale is at poverty level.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
