Best-kept secret in the north-west

ProsFamily like atmosphere and culture. The company is growing, new people being hired in every department. The managers are nice and available. I am happy to be working here.

    The most dysfunctional IT department I've ever seen

    I have been working at SanMar full-time for more than 3 years


    Pros: good cafe - good food at a good price newer building plenty of parking more good people than bad to… Cons: lowest pay in the area micromanagement culture little to no career opportunities or incentives for technology people cube farm work environment silo-ed organization that's expect to share resources not enough… Advice to Senior Management: Toss the bad apple, it's spoiling the bunch.     Pros: Most of the people are very friendly and easy to get along with.
