    Corporate structure without regard to humanity of employees

    Pros: Best benefits in the industry, including 15 percent 401K match,… Cons: Upper managers tend to encourage directors and managers to micromanage employees, and managers get extremely gun shy of suggesting anything; there is no open contribution… Advice to Senior Management: Develop training programs that work, be honest and upfront with employees when things… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More

    Pros: I enjoy coming here to work everyday. The benefits are great. Another recent review on here mentioned that SD dropped their 401K match from 15%… Cons: I don't have any to mention at this point. Advice to Senior Management: Continue to make the employees feel appreciated with all of the new changes… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
