articulated culture framework called Sandvine Way top performers are impowered Free pop, beer and food during working lunch meetings

Cons

business success is not what it has needed to be for the past few years despite efforts to change underlining drivers....

Advice to Management

success is what drives success....figure it out as it is the only way to eliminate second guessers. be careful hiring too many Senior RIM managers.

    Their motto is "Work hard, play hard." but there's so much work there's hardly time for play, and no time for rest.
