I worked at Sandvine full-time for more than a year

    Pros

very smart and dedicated people, competitive products
nice employee benefits in Canadian office
    proper pay

    Cons

lrecently the management change turned down the cuture significantly
no care about the employees in the field
unlimited authority given to very weak field management (inc recently started VPs)
do not talk to the employees, even when they leave
Customer first - is a major declaration in SV way
No focus, any business is good, despite the efforts involved.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Trust people and travel to the regions. Do not underinvest. There are other cultures and business practices outside of Canada, it is important to learn them. If you think that the person is not talented enough to work for SV, be open, no need to hide the actions. Everything is open.
