    Pros

    There are some terrific folks working at SSB!

    Cons

    Salary, compensation levels are not 'retention' oriented. Many good, qualified folks have left for this reason. Management has not yet found a way to differentiate the company from ALL the other banks in the area - too any meaningful extent.

    Pros

    Good company values, caring CEO, positive office culture, my boss was very nice and appreciated any work that I did for her

    Cons

    Not enough to do, lower salary than wanted, did same tasks everyday that the other workers in my department didn't want to do
