Current Employee – been working at Sandy Spring Bancorp part-time for more than a year

Pros – Training is good, emphasis on client service. They offer paid time off, even as a part time teller. Good job to work at while going to school

Cons – Working Saturday mornings in the branch; not much upward mobility. People tend to work at the company for a long time so not many job opportunites for recent grads. The hourly pay is a little less than at some other bigger name banks. The technology is a little outdated.
